As the goonies once said “this is your time, your time down here” and it’s time to release the extremes and find balance and moderation.
Now is your time! We must begin anew. We must offer balance, light, love and tend to these daily in order to grow and move forward.
How will you find your center and not go to extremes? How will you find harmony?
